Genre: Post-apocalyptic, Aesthetic: Noir, Themes: Brains vs Brawn, Strange Factor: Intellectual debates are fight-to-the-death style brawls.

Something happened in the future. Scientific discovery became hampered by fools who knew nothing about the world but claimed to be experts. Invocations, ritual trial by combat, could be conducted by anyone who could speak. Scientific fact could be overturned with a brawl, with the survivor instating their findings as truth. The world was turned upside down in the initial discovery of it all. The laws of physics were fundamentally changed-- throwing the world into chaos. Now, The Truthtellers maintain law and order. They recruit the strongest soldiers, spread their Truth to the populace, and keep threats to it down. The only way to return to normalcy is to put an end to The Truth and find the reason Invocation came to the world.

Enclosed is a ttrpg proposal from the Lair of the Storyseller, a monthly challenge in the Diceaholics Discord server where the community develops a new setting every month.

Inside, you will be provided with a narrative hook, three NPCs, three quests, and considerations for running this game as a tabletop RPG setting. None of these supplements are designed with a specific system in mind, but they all hope to inspire!
