The Deadrails

In the year 1931, you were alive, awake, and partying. You went to sleep, but you don't remember waking up. You are inside a train with no name and you are surrounded by people who certainly should not be breathing. Blank stares, sullen features, and each with their own gruesome wound. A headless conductor scours the locomotive for any tickets-- much like the piece that you have in your pocket. The vessel is barreling towards an unknown train station, and you cannot get off unless you piece together the remnants of your train ticket before it arrives at your destination... Or you will be stuck here forever.

Enclosed is a ttrpg proposal from the Lair of the Storyseller, a monthly challenge in the Diceaholics Discord server where the community develops a new setting every month.

Inside, you will be provided with a narrative hook, three NPCs, three quests, and considerations for running this game as a tabletop RPG setting. None of these supplements are designed with a specific system in mind, but they all hope to inspire!
